Your new role:
As a Consultant, Human Resources, you will deliver high-level professional HR advice and services to leaders across Bayside Health Service, supporting effective people management in a complex public sector environment. You will:
Provide expert advisory support on employee and industrial relations, performance management, change and discipline
Manage complex workforce matters including grievances, complaints, health management and recruitment initiatives
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and support effective decision-making
Contribute to leadership capability, training initiatives and a positive, high-performing HR team culture
About you:
You are a confident and solutions-focused HR professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with leaders to achieve positive workforce outcomes. You are:
Proven in providing high-level HR advice across employee relations and workforce management matters
Knowledgeable of contemporary HR frameworks, legislation and industrial instruments, ideally within the public sector
Highly developed in interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders
Organised, adaptable and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining client focus

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
