Our Marketing Department is the engine behind it all, delivering high-quality branded materials at scale through our in-house Marketing Hub platform and a network of trusted print suppliers.
The Role
This is a hands-on production design and marketing operations role. You'll be creating and maintaining branded marketing templates, processing agent orders for signboards, brochures and promotional materials, coordinating with print and signage suppliers, and managing digital assets across our websites and social platforms.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you're producing polished design work one minute and coordinating supplier orders the next, this role is for you. It's ideal for someone who loves the craft of production design but also enjoys the operational side of getting things out the door.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Design & Template Production (Core)
* Create and maintain marketing templates in our proprietary Marketing Hub platform, a Canva-style in-house tool used by 1,000+ agents to generate their own branded materials
* Convert InDesign files into Marketing Hub-compatible templates, including setting up margins, bleed, crop marks, DPI settings, merge fields, and QR codes plus more.
* Design property brochures, signboards, social media tiles, business cards, flyers, letterbox drops, auction paddles, corflute signs, pull-up banners, newspaper ads, and other collateral across our brand suite
* Produce print-ready artwork with correct bleed, trim, and safe zones for various suppliers and formats
* Create and update social media tile artwork for distribution via our Wix marketing centre websites
Order Processing & Supplier Coordination
* Process marketing orders that come through our Freshdesk ticketing system, brochures, signboards, photography bookings, virtual staging, 3D tours, site plans, and custom requests
* Coordinate with print and signage suppliers (ABC Photosigns, Digital Central, Printforce, Open2View, Vanguard Visual, and others) across Australia and New Zealand
* Manage signboard installation and removal notifications, liaising between agents and suppliers
* Track marketing payments and reconcile orders (AU and NZ accounts)
Digital & Web
* Update and maintain marketing content on our Wix-based marketing centre websites (AU & NZ)
* Manage individual agent website updates through Wix
* Upload and organise digital assets including agent photos, property images, and branded templates
Brand & Quality
* Maintain brand consistency across all materials for @realty National, Co-Branded, and OASIS brands
* Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines (colour palette, typography, logo usage)
* Support the Marketing Manager with ad-hoc design requests, marketing campaigns, and material audits
What You'll Need
Must-Haves
* Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, this is your primary design tool for template creation and print production, we convert these to our marketing hub templates
* Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for image editing, vector work, and asset preparation
* Experience with print production, you understand bleed, crop marks, DPI, colour modes (CMYK vs RGB), and preparing files for commercial print
* Comfortable working in Canva for quick-turnaround assets
* Excellent attention to detail, you're the person who spots a 1mm bleed error or a misaligned crop mark
* Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and meet deadlines in a high-volume production environment
* Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, agents, and internal team members
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience with Wix website management
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar) for processing work orders
* Experience with order tracking
* Understanding of real estate marketing materials and terminology
* Experience working with brand guidelines across multiple sub-brands
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (helpful for email templates and web updates as well as proposal creation)
* Photography or image retouching skills
What We're NOT Looking For
To set expectations clearly, this role is not a strategic marketing or campaign management position. We're not looking for someone whose primary skill is running Google Ads, managing paid social campaigns, or developing marketing strategies, it's a plus if you can. The focus is on producing great design work and keeping our marketing operations running smoothly.
