Responsibilities include:
- Supporting business owners with day-to-day branch management
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with insurance claims and vehicle repair coordination
- Resolving complex customer service issues
- Monitoring fleet availability, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Managing inventory and vehicle logistics
- Preparing vehicles for hire
- Handling scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
We’re looking for someone with:
- Supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- A customer-first attitude
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
