FTE Remuneration Package of $57,000 plus super
Travel Money Oz is part of Australia’s largest and most progressive travel retailer (ever heard of Flight Centre?) We provide foreign currency solutions that help our customers get more out of their holiday. This is a part-time role for 20 hours per fortnight, requiring availability to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays plus flexibility to assist with leave coverage across a seven-day trade.
More than just currency exchange...
As a Foreign Exchange Consultant, you'll be an expert in our key products: foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers. At Travel Money Oz, we see ourselves more as travelers than bankers. As one of the last stops for avid travelers before they go overseas, you’ll help our customers make the most of their trips with tips, tricks, and recommendations!
Great remuneration structure - get paid your way!
After three months in the role, you can choose your pay journey – stick to our guaranteed structure of $57k plus super (FTE), OR opt into our incentive scheme. This includes a base wage of $53k (FTE), plus super, plus incentives based on your monthly sales performance. Whether you prefer steady pay or performance-based incentives, we empower you to choose what suits you best.
