Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and has a proven track record in eCommerce and social media management.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
* They will also be expected to coordinate eCommerce activities across multiple platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
* A key aspect of this role will be to create and manage content across various channels, including META, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, and email campaigns.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate eCommerce activities across multiple platforms
2. Manage marketplaces, ensuring all products are listed correctly
3. Create and manage content across various channels
4. Plan, schedule, and brief EDMs and email flows
5. Report on sales performance, product trends, and category insights
6. Track competitor movements and rising social trends by region
Requirements
* Proven experience in eCommerce marketing, especially Amazon Seller Central
* Strong track record in content creation across social, email, video, and blog
* Hands-on skills to create DIY content (design, video, copywriting) with ability to brief and manage others
* Familiarity with AI tools that speed up content production (highly desirable)
* Creative, energetic, and organized with ability to move fast and deliver
* A genuine self-starter, sees what needs to be done and does it
