We are seeking an experienced Strategic Corporate Counsel to lead our Brisbane office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex corporate transactions and providing strategic legal advice to high-level clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, shareholder agreements, and governance issues
* Provide strategic legal advice to executives, boards, and founders on key matters
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 4–6+ years of experience as a corporate lawyer
* Strong understanding of corporate law and commercial transactions
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
