Job Description
* Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision‐making processes.
* Manage budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
* Provide financial advice to key stakeholders, including school leadership teams.
* Monitor and evaluate financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Assist with the preparation of reports for the Board and external stakeholders.
* Oversee and improve internal financial controls and processes.
* Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations.
The Successful Applicant
* A recognised qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* CA/CPA Qualification Highly Desirable
* Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
