We're looking for a qualified electrician who's recently completed their trade and is ready to take the next step with support behind them.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working across a mix of residential, real estate, light commercial, and service jobs. You'll be out on-site representing the business, solving problems, and delivering quality work. We don't believe in micro-management, we believe in good systems, clear expectations, and the right people.
Your day-to-day will include:
* General electrical work across homes and small commercial sites
* Switchboard upgrades, lighting, power, and safety system installs
* Troubleshooting and service work, including fault-finding
* Occasional split system aircon installation (desirable, not essential)
* Using job management software to plan and close out your work
* Communicating clearly with clients and being a respectful presence on-site
What You'll Bring
* Current QLD Electrical Licence
* White Card and manual Driver's Licence
* Qualified within the last 2 years
* Competent working with switchboards and residential systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions
* Keen to keep learning and growing in your trade
* Bonus: any experience with air conditioning
