Based onsite at a complex in Mooloolaba, you will be managing a close-knit team of 6 staff to monitor performance, ensure that all policies and procedures are followed and that everything is running as efficiently as possible, along with new business duties. 
Absolutely no portfolio management and no weekend work involved, get your work/life balance back! 
The Position: 
Guide, mentor, and train 6 employees in the Property Management department 
Monitor performance and set KPIs 
Conduct meetings and 1 on 1's 
Ensure everything is running as efficiently as possible 
Maintain and nurture owner relationships 
Onboard new managements 
Leasing duties 
Monday to Friday only 
No after hours call outs

3+ Years of Property Management experience 
QLD Certificate of Registration 
Attention to detail 
Robust organisational skills
