We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the transition from SAP ECC6 TO SAP S/4HANA. You must be a result driven leader who can has a track record in steering SAP projects and drive the end-to-end migration to the next generation S/4HANA platform.
SAP Project Managers Key Responsibilities
* Lead and overseeing the transition from SAP ECC6 TO SAP S/4HANA
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and the vendor to ensure alignment with business goals
* Analyse complex issues, assess risks and opportunities and make informed decision s to address project challenges
* Implement solutions and tools as they relate to the SAP upgrade project
* Ensure business requirements are captured and aligned
* Provide leadership at a team and senior level
* Build strong stakeholder both internal and external
* Ensure delivery framework and methodology is adopted by the project
* Manager external vendors as outlined within signed agreements/contracts
* Assisting the procurement process, project tracking monitoring deliverables, budget management and reporting
SAP Project Managers key skills:
* Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager with demonstrated experience in delivery project management of SAP ECC TO S/4HANA migration in a large corporate environment
* Demonstrated experience with SAP ECC Payroll solution including implementation and support.
* Ideally with experience migration from ECC Payroll to S/4HANA payroll solution
* Driving the technical migration from ECC6 TO S4HANA which includes managing the reduction and remediation of existing customization carried to the new S/4HANA system
* Strong people skills and the ability to deal at all levels within an organisation with proven facilitation, influencing, negotiating and strong problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership skills, the ability to work with effective senior leaders and drive progress in a changing environment
* Strong skills in project reporting, forecasting and estimating financial and resource needs
* A track record in delivering high quality successful ICT projects using SAP activate methodology, project management methodology and application development methodology
