About the Role
* We are seeking an experienced Business Development Closer who can leverage their expertise in building relationships with senior leaders and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and deal closures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, recruitment, consultancy, and HR or talent services, with excellent communication and closing skills. They should be able to confidently pitch premium services and demonstrate professionalism, resilience, and independence in their work.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, C-suite, HR leads, founders) and conduct outbound outreach using LinkedIn, email, or warm calling.
* Pitch high-level scripts and frameworks to present our services, handling qualification conversations with professionalism.
* Book meetings for senior leadership and close consultancy, HR audit, recruitment, and training deals.
What We're Looking For
* Strong closing skills and confidence speaking with senior executives.
* Clear, polished communication and a background in B2B sales, recruitment, consultancy, and (preferred) HR or talent services.
* Ability to pitch premium services and professionalism, resilience, and independence.
