Senior Support Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker.
In this role, you will provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as domestic chores and personal care, while also offering emotional support and companionship to our residents.
You will work closely with our team to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care and support, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with domestic duties, including cleaning and laundry
* Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing
* Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a genuine passion for supporting others. A Certificate III in Individual Support is required for this role.
