Job Description
We are seeking a
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing high standards of customer service and maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, guests and stakeholders.
* Quoting availability and rates to customers and responding to general enquiries by phone and email.
* Processing reservations, changes and payments in line with company policy.
* Checking guests in and out and settling their accounts.
* Liaising with all areas of the business to ensure a smooth operation.
* Providing guests with information about the resort and local areas of interest.
* The sale of third-party products and merchandise as required.
* Completing relevant day-to-day departmental checklists.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous reservations and/or front office experience within the hospitality industry.
* Possession of a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable reservation booking system.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A positive attitude and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
