We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to join our high-performing team at Kallibr Training, one of Australia's most trusted names in Health & Safety training. In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in connecting businesses with the essential training solutions they need to keep their people safe. You'll be taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, converting warm leads into sales, and laying the foundation for a long-term career in sales. What You'll Be Doing:
- Inbound Sales & Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential clients and engage them with our training solutions
- Sales Conversion: Close sales confidently, meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term client relationships through clear communication and needs-based selling
- Use Proven Systems: Follow our structured sales process to maximise success
- CRM Management: Accurately record all sales activities and client interactions
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven Sales Experience: You've worked in telesales or phone-based customer roles and have hit sales targets before
- Top-Tier Communication: You know how to build rapport quickly and ask the right questions to understand client needs
- Driven by Results: You're motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry to succeed
- Organised and Reliable: You stay on top of follow-ups and keep your CRM data clean and up to date
- Independent but Collaborative: You can work autonomously while staying connected to a remote team
- Tech Confident: You're comfortable with digital tools and using systems to track your performance
