Job Description:
The Mobile Patient Care program offers non-emergency patient transport across Victoria and some areas of New South Wales. Our team works with a large fleet of ambulances and supports our transport services with Royal Flying Doctor Service aircraft.
We provide clinical care for people traveling from home to hospital, hospital to hospital, and hospital to home, as well as transport to and from specialist clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform patient assessment and intervention on-road
2. Provide high-quality patient care and treatment during on-road transport
3. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders
4. Assess the effectiveness of any intervention in accordance with RFDS guidelines and within prescribed scope of practice

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful, you will need:
1. Qualifications as a Registered Paramedic or Division 1 Registered Nurse
2. Hold current AHPRA registration (or pending approval for Paramedics)
3. Ability to drive in both city and country traffic conditions
4. Compassion, professionalism, and dedication to providing excellent service
