Job Title: Care Partners
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Care Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting teams to thrive.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and high-quality resolutions to inquiries related to our Xap system, CCS, and Childcare management. You will also identify trends and work with stakeholders to recommend improvements to the system and tools, ensuring an excellent experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
2. Develop and deliver technical training materials related to our Xap system and deliver tailored solutions to the network.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends and recommend improvements to the system and tools.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
* Education: Relevant qualification or experience in a related field.
* Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style dependent on the audience. Ability to effectively develop and assess technical training materials, and deliver tailored solutions to the network.
* Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, with a strong understanding of Xap or other Childcare Management Systems.
* Working With Children Check: Valid Working With Children check or clearance.
