About the Role

* Manage and mentor a team of
5 sales agents
* Focus on systems, team performance, and relationship building in the first 6 months
* No pressure to sell during the first 6 months
* After 6 months, KPI of
2 properties sold per month
* Long-term growth and earning potential through commissions
