We are truly a challenger brand, with a challenger spirit.In your role as Process Redesign Specialist, you will work closely with the business on an 18 to 24-month fixed-term contract based out of Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide to identify key areas for improvement that drive an increase in customer experience through transforming underlying processes.
You will use your creative thinking, process improvement, and problem-solving skills to help size, scope, and recommend improvements.
You will spend time understanding the needs of customers and employees, mapping and analyzing current process performance, and designing and delivering solutions to meet these needs.A formal certification in process improvement and redesign (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
Proven experience leading or supporting complex redesign initiatives that deliver measurable benefits for customers and employees is essential.Your day-to-day will consist of Partnering with Process Owners and other members of the Process Centre of Excellence to understand and analyze current state process performance.Working with business owners to design and implement future state process solutions.Recommending and sizing opportunities to uplift process performance and improve customer experience.Proactively identifying areas of improvement and scoping new projects.Optus is a place where we let you do you.
