Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Team Leader

Grolife Landscape Management is a leading landscape construction and maintenance company. With a workforce of over 45 staff, we specialise in premium garden and landscape maintenance for a wide range of commercial, industrial and retail centres.
The successful applicant will lead a team of two, providing general landscape garden maintenance of lawns, hedges, trees, and weed control. They will also be responsible for basic irrigation maintenance, testing, and repairs, as well as the application of herbicides and pesticides.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in landscape maintenance, with a minimum of 12 months experience in a leading hand/team leader role. A White Card is required, and a Certificate in Horticulture is preferred but not necessary. The ability to set and achieve own goals, work independently, and present well are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive hourly rate. The schedule includes a 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with no weekends. A company vehicle is provided, and professional development assistance is available.
