Client Services Consultant
Green Light are looking for a skilled Client Services Consultant to join our Client Delivery Team in Sydney.
You will partner with sales, services and technical strategy to understand customer priorities and requirements, plus provide execution muscle to the team to enable our customer to take advantage of client capabilities. You will be involved in the strategic direction of multiple IT initiatives, working closely with executive sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned delivery staff.
You must be able to communicate effectively with executive customer stakeholders and deliver independently on both strategic and tactical program initiatives. Strong judgement and a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority are key to success.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal field sales, pre-sales architecture and delivery to understand our customer’s needs, their business and how success is defined.
- Seeks to solve customer business problems through existing programs and innovates to build recent initiatives where there are no existing ones
- Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute.
- Takes proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed customer expectations.
- 5+ years of experience driving large initiatives with Australian based customers
- An additional 10+ years of experience driving large initiatives with other customers
- 12-month contract, extensions likely.
- Sydney Location with WFH.
- Must be Australian Citizen Ideally with Baseline or Higher Security Clearance. Our willing to obtain Federal Government Baseline Clearance.
