**How will I help?**
As the RAMS Training Manager, you will be responsible for training RAMS Home Loan Writers and Franchisees. Reporting to the Senior Training & Capability Manager, you will enhance capability across the Franchise network, evolving our sustainable training framework and contributing to cultural change to achieve RAMS' sales, compliance, and strategic objectives.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Presenting information to stakeholders, running workshops, and delivering training sessions nationally both online and in-person
- Providing structured and consistent on the ground training and coaching to develop skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with the Franchise network and Franchise Field Team at a local level to deliver on-the-job induction, technical, compliance, and sales training consistent with best practice
- Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of learning, leveraging data and feedback to ensure strong focus on continuous improvement, achievement of business goals and validity of learning content
- Translating complex regulatory requirements, new policy requirements, sales processes into simple and digestible training material

**What do I need?**
- Minimum of 5 years in training delivery experience
- Ability to travel interstate with no restrictions on a regular basis
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development practices
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively across a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of the drivers of the mortgage market
- Effective coaching and management skills
