M & A Butchery is an award-winning, family-owned butcher shop known for quality meats, expert craftsmanship, and exceptional service. We're seeking an experienced, motivated butcher to join our skilled team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Breaking down whole carcasses into retail-ready cuts (beef, lamb, pork, poultry)
* Creating value-added products such as sausages and marinated cuts
* Ensuring cleanliness and food safety throughout all prep and display areas
* Assisting with counter service, customer inquiries, and meat selection advice
* Helping maintain stock levels, ordering, and display preparation
What we're looking for:
* 2+ years of hands-on butchery experience
* Strong knife and bandsaw skills
* Knowledge of meat hygiene and safety standards
* Friendly, hardworking attitude and team player mindset
* Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your craft

Pay: $55,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
