Commercial Growth Leader
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Leader to drive sales and marketing strategies, develop new business opportunities, manage campaigns and product promotions, oversee customer service standards, and guide distribution and merchandising activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement commercial growth strategies to drive business expansion
* Lead the creation of new product ideas and manage marketing and advertising campaigns from concept to launch
* Manage sales performance by deciding the best product focus, assigning sales regions, and setting strong customer service standards
* Establish sales approaches and commercial terms, including pricing strategies and customer credit conditions
* Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies when needed
Requirements:
AQF Bachelor or Higher. 3 years of experience in related field.
Benefits:
$80,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation
