Job Role:
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a Support Engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site support services to clients, resolving desktop and network issues, and installing/upgrading operating systems and software.
* Capable of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
* Expertise in installing/upgrading operating systems and software
* Knowledge of hardware and software break-fix procedures
* Well-versed in network configuration and management
* Understanding of Wi-Fi fundamentals
* Familiarity with LAN, WAN, switch, and router configuration
* Ability to administer MS Office applications

* A fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
* Cisco Console cable (DB9 RJ45 or USB RJ45)
* Installed programs/software:
* Putty
* Team Viewer
* TFTP server
* Screw Driver Set
* Internet data Card
