We’re looking for a dedicated Direct Care Attendant (Community) to provide practical support and make a positive impact on the lives of older or disabled community members. About the Role: The Direct Care Attendant (Community) assists in delivering direct client services to individuals who are aged, frail, or living with a disability and wish to remain in their own homes. Reporting to the Coordinator, you will work closely with Community Health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing compassionate, person-centred care that promotes dignity, safety, and wellbeing.
