Director of Luxury Revenue Growth

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the hotel, focusing on maximizing room, food and beverage, and ancillary revenue.
* Deliver clear communication and direction to all business stakeholders through a framework of data, insights, and action.
* Utilize data as the foundation to gain a comprehensive understanding of competitive trends, market trends, guest needs, and feedback.
Requirements:
* A minimum 4-5 years of experience in senior sales/marketing management within the premium hotel or airline industry, with a proven track record of success in developing and driving sales & marketing strategies.
* Leadership, ownership, and entrepreneurial qualities.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to relate to all stakeholders - team members, peers, senior management, and hotel investors.
