Our client is a large organisation specialising in importing, exporting, and distribution of food products.
Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, your objective is to provide administrative support within various functions of HR.
**Key responsibilities;**
- Assist with HR coordination and Administration tasks
- Conducting reference checks
- Draft employment contracts
- Maintenance of employee records
- Prepare induction pack
- Administrative tasks associated with staff learning and development
Along with these duties, you will be responsible for providing administration assistance associated with HR activities including staff induction processes, staff development days, performance appraisals and exit processes.
**About You**:
- You will have 1-2 years recent experience within a similar HR Administration role
- You will be available immediately
- Robust administrative skills
- You will possess excellent communication skills
- You will have the ability to work autonomously whilst also working as part of a team.
