What You’ll Do (AKA Your Hero Moments )
* Keep the store humming like a well-oiled bánh mì machine.
* Lead a team of legends – hire, train, roster, and bring the vibes.
* Make sure every customer walks away smiling (and sauce-stained).
* Keep your eyes on the numbers: sales, labour, inventory, costs.
* Own the floor, the culture, and the operations – every shift, every day.
* Champion food safety, cleanliness and all the behind-the-scenes magic.
Who You Are (Besides a Certified Legend)
* You’ve managed a team in food or QSR. Bonus points for bakery or bánh mì love.
* You’re cool under pressure and know how to hustle during the lunch rush.
* You speak fluent customer and staff — clear, kind, and no fluff.
* You’re a problem solver, people builder, and proud owner of high standards.
* You’re hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up, and thrive when it's go time.
* You get flavour — whether you grew up on Vietnamese food or just fell in love with it along the way.
