About the Role
The Team Leader, Property and Exhibits role plays a pivotal part in developing people, managing change, and influencing behaviours that lead to a supportive culture. * Manage and direct team resources to support investigations through secure evidence storage facilities and exhibit management
* Develop and implement effective procedures, practices, and systems for continuous improvement, productivity, and performance enhancement
* Liaise with external service providers and agencies to realize effective property and exhibit management
This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and PROMIS software, as well as strong leadership skills to develop people, manage change, and influence behaviours that promote a supportive culture.
