An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Administrator to join a fast-paced and growing commercial property management team based on the Northern Beaches. This role will see you supporting the Asset Management team with the day-to-day administration and trust accounting functions across a busy portfolio. What’s on Offer Paying up to $130K Flexibility to work from home Monday to Friday role – no weekends Highly supportive and collaborative team environment Modern office with advanced systems and streamlined processes Strong onboarding and ongoing training provided Genuine career development and progression opportunities Exposure to a high-performing, growing commercial portfolio Stable, long-term opportunity within a well-established business Fast-paced yet supportive culture where your contribution is valued Opportunity to work closely with experienced senior property professionals The Role: Key responsibilities include: Daily banking and reconciliations Maintaining trust account reconciliations Processing mid-month and end-of-month owner payments Managing supplier invoices and disbursements Assisting with lease administration and tenancy finalisations Preparing and coordinating compliance documentation Sending annual fire notices and strata correspondence Managing data audits and archiving Assisting with lease agreements and general administrative support Supporting yearly reconciliations and reporting processes About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in Property Management, Commercial Property or Trust Accounting A current NSW Certificate of Registration A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Experience with property management systems such as Property Tree, PropertyMe, REST or Re-Leased Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills High attention to detail with strong time management skills Ability to work under pressure in a busy, deadline-driven environment A reliable, proactive and team-focused approach Ideally based locally to the Northern Beaches To Apply: Please call Isabelle Bourgeous on 0455 604 163 or email your CV to ibourgeois@goughrecruitment.com.au
