Are you an experienced and proactive Senior Property Manager looking to step into a role where your expertise, initiative and integrity are genuinely valued? We are expanding and seeking a motivated Senior Property Manager based on the Sunshine Coast to manage and support our WA portfolio remotely.
This role suits someone who thrives in a structured, supportive environment, communicates with confidence and care, and is passionate about high-quality property management—especially in the co-living and affordable housing space.
If you haven't yet completed your WA real estate registration, we will support you through recognition of prior learning and licensing pathways. Candidates already holding a WA PM or Sales Registration will be highly regarded.

About the Role
You will oversee the end-to-end management of our Western Australia residential and co-living portfolio, supported by a team committed to consistent processes, proactive communication, and high-performance outcomes. Working from our Sunshine Coast office, you'll collaborate daily with our leasing, inspections, and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of WA residential & co-living portfolio
* Oversee leasing coordination in partnership with our WA team
* Manage tenant onboarding, renewals, rent reviews and compliance
* Support routine, entry and exit inspection processes
* Liaise with owners, tenants, councils, and trades professionally
* Handle arrears, maintenance and tenancy management with confidence
* Ensure WA legislative compliance and adherence to internal systems
* Contribute to process improvement and team culture
* Collaborate with colleagues across states in a supportive national team

Key Requirements
* Experience in Residential or Co-Living Property Management
* WA Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain with our support)
* Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation (WA preferred; national experience valued)
* Experience with PropertyMe, Reapit Listings, Inspection Express
* Excellent administrative accuracy and computer literacy
* Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently while embracing team collaboration
