Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience in an administrative role with ability to perform a wide range of tasks in a demanding workload. Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
