Overview

Ausco Modular is one of Australia's leading providers of transportable hire and modular construction solutions. We've been delivering innovative modular designs for over 60 years, supporting major projects in infrastructure, construction, mining, energy, housing, and education.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our Commercial Sales & Marketing team in Redbank on a fixed-term contract until December 2027.

About the role

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will support the Product Management team in developing, launching, and improving both new and existing products across their lifecycle. You'll maintain accurate product information, coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and assist Sales teams with data, quotations, and training—an excellent opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of product ranges
* Prepare and manage product documentation, datasheets, and launch materials
* Maintain product databases and version control for accuracy
* Track product and project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
* Coordinate with suppliers and fabricators for technical data, pricing, and samples
* Assist with testing, prototypes, and product development milestones
* Support Sales with quotations, pricing, and training materials
* Maintain internal product content and ensure accurate communications across teams
* Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and other departments

About You

You're organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate confidently with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

* Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in product administration or coordination (preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems

Skills & Competencies

* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Collaborative, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
* Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
* Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools and product lifecycle processes
