About the Role
The Demand Planner is primarily responsible for developing a robust inventory forecast for Thermomix, TheMix Shop & Kobold in AUS and NZ. Leveraging a combination of business targets, category analysis and trend analysis, ensure there is stock available in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand.
Working closely with the Logistics Coordinator, utilise your forecasts to ensure inventory management is optimised and supports the preferred approach to inventory management.

About You
You're a detail‑driven and analytical professional with a strong foundation in supply chain operations and demand planning. With around 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry, you're confident working with data, forecasting models and inventory planning processes. You enjoy solving complex problems, working cross‑functionally, and ensuring that stock levels align seamlessly with customer demand.
You bring a blend of technical capability, commercial awareness and strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You're proactive, organised and able to work independently while managing competing priorities.
