The Role
As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in curating a remarkable customer journey while supporting the boutique’s strategic and day-to-day operations. You will assist in managing a high-performing team and maintaining operational excellence. By building genuine client relationships and offering refined product expertise, you will help reinforce the brand’s reputation for luxury and elegance. Additionally, you will coach and motivate the team, contribute to achieving sales targets, and ensure that visual merchandising, stock control, and reporting processes are executed flawlessly.
