Your role will include:
* Managing a residential portfolio of 160 properties with a dedicated Assistant
* Overseeing all aspects of property management
* Conducting entry and exit condition reports when required
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operations
* Working in a structured and systemised environment using industry-standard software
About you:
* 2–3+ years' experience in a Senior Property Manager role
* Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
* Valid driver's licence
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
