Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to own and grow our Brisbane metro territory.
\

Key Responsibilities:
\
\
* Prospect, cold call, and grow new and existing accounts within your territory.
\
* Deliver solutions that meet customer needs and close deals in partnership with internal teams.
\
* Maintain your territory playbook and CRM to maximise your pipeline.
\
* Attend regional sales events and travel within your territory (overnight ~5–7 days per month).
\
* Build authentic relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients.
\
\

Required Skills and Qualifications:
\
\
* You must have 2–10 years' experience in outside/field sales with a proven record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
\
* Experience in quota-driven sales; equipment or construction experience is a plus.
\
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
\
* Be competitive, results-driven, and able to maintain integrity at all times.
\
* A valid driver's licence and clean driving record are required.
\
* Comfortable working from a home office and travelling throughout your territory.
\
