Casual Salesperson
to join our team in
Dungog, NSW
, working
three days per week
with the potential to move into a
full-time role
for the right candidate.
This is more than just a retail job — it's an opportunity to become a trusted face in the community, helping local farmers and hobbyists find the tools and supplies they need to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to walk-in agricultural clients
* Handling and loading stock up to 25kg
* Managing stock levels and restocking displays
* Assisting with general store upkeep and presentation
* Collaborating with your team to meet store goals
* Operating basic computer systems for sales and inventory
* Supporting rotating Saturday shifts as required
The Skills and Spirit We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a passion for agriculture and a genuine commitment to customer service. You'll also need:
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Confidence in lifting and moving products (up to 25kg)
* Strong communication and people skills
* A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

* Forklift licence
* Experience in manual handling or stock management
* Retail or sales experience, ideally in rural merchandise
