About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team.
This role involves working on:
* Custom-built homes
* High-end residential repaints (interior & exterior)
* Detailed finishing work including timber, cladding, and feature areas
Employment Type
Casual position to start
* Opportunity to move into a full-time, permanent role
* Subcontractors also encouraged to apply
* Overtime available
Working Hours
* Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
* Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
* Overtime available

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation, undercoating, and finishing to a high standard
* Interior and exterior painting
* Working efficiently to meet deadlines
Communicating professionally with team members and clients
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in residential painting (preferred)
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
* Ability to work both independently and in a team
* Good communication skills
* Driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
