Locum Occupational Therapist in Community Settings
This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team in community settings, providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients.
* Cover Transition Care Program, Rehabilitation in the Home, and Geriatric Evaluation and Monitoring at home.
* Focus on patients aged 65 and above, conducting home visits, home modifications, ordering equipment, providing restorative care, and supporting patients post-discharge from hospital.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in rehabilitation/restorative care/outpatients, TCP/Rehabilitation in the Home or aged care, and the ability to work independently in community settings.
