Join a highly experienced, leading design practice as Business Development Associate. Using your excellent interpersonal skills, you will generate opportunities and leads for the company and build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you will be joining a team who will consistently be on hand to support and motivate you.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Generate opportunities through a consistent program of cold calling, networking, emailing and referrals to investigate leads and enquiries
2. Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders through face-to-face meetings and thoroughly understanding their current and future needs
3. Ensure all clients have received relevant follow up information and consistently receiving market updates
Skills and Experience
4. 3 + years' experience in similar role, preferably within a commercial fit out or real estate environment
5. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with previous experience using a CRM system and Microsoft Officer
6. Work well under pressure, with resilience and persistence
