THE POSITION
This is a dynamic support and coordination role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment. You'll act as the central liaison for key commercial projects-managing timelines, customer communication, and technical documentation alongside the internal sales and account management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include:
?? Managing multiple ongoing projects from quote to delivery
? Preparing quotes from architectural drawings & floorplans
? Providing updates to clients regarding timelines, changes, or potential issues
? Coordinating deliveries & ensuring packaging meets bespoke specifications
? Handling sales admin: contracts, CRM updates, reports & calendar management
? Being the first point of contact for enquiries from Designers, Architects, and Trade Clients
