Key Responsibilities:
* Create professional and personalized service for customers to find their ideal jewellery pieces
* Achieve set sales targets and key performance indicators
* Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies and procedures
* Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs, as well as the ability to work productively individually and as part of a team.
