Job Summary
We are seeking experienced SAP technical project and program managers to lead complex initiatives within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver large-scale SAP projects or programs with technical oversight, strong governance, and effective stakeholder engagement.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and government representatives to ensure program objectives are met.
* Manage technical workstreams including integrations, infrastructure, data migration, and system readiness.
* Establish and maintain governance frameworks, delivery schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
* Provide strategic guidance and report on progress to senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* 8-10+ years of experience delivering large-scale SAP projects or programs.
* Proven experience in complex delivery environments, ideally within the public sector.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
* Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and data migration.
* Current baseline or NV1 security clearance (mandatory).
* Familiarity with both agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
