WOLF is a well-established Telstra Partner with over 35 years of experience across Gippsland and the Surf Coast. We proudly operate three stores and employ 18 staff. The available position is based at our Traralgon store, which is about to undergo a major renovation—an exciting opportunity to be part of something special.
We are a multi-award-winning Telstra Partner, recently named Torquay Retail Business of the Year in our first year of operation there. Nationally, we’ve been recognised with the Telstra Customer Service Award (2023) and Telstra Partner of the Year (2018 & 2019).
We offer flexibility for everyone in our team, and provide full on-the-job training. The Traralgon store is led by an experienced manager with over 15 years in the business, ensuring strong support throughout your learning journey.
Your role will align with our company goal: delivering industry-leading customer service across Telstra’s product range—including mobile phones, home and mobile internet, and the latest technology and broadband solutions.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, outgoing, and ready to assist customers in-store. In addition to recommending Telstra products, you’ll help customers set up their new devices from Apple, Samsung, and Google.
Previous Telstra experience is highly regarded but not essential. All training is provided—you just need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take on new challenges. Please note applicants must be 18 years or older.

Our roster typically includes five days per week, with regular Saturday half-day shifts. This will be discussed during the interview process.
