Northstar Barossa is a growing automotive business with a strong reputation for customer service and results. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced used vehicle salesperson to join our team and play a key role in driving our used car sales.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Used Vehicle Sales Consultant who takes pride in their work and is willing to take ownership of the day-to-day execution of the used car department, while working closely with and reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries and guide clients through the full sales process
* Take ownership of ensuring used vehicles are ready for sale both on the yard and online
* Upload and manage vehicle listings across platforms including Carsales
* Coordinate and carry out vehicle photography to ensure high-quality presentation
* Write clear and compelling vehicle descriptions
* Ensure all vehicles are presented to a high standard at all times
* Follow up leads and maintain strong customer relationships
* Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve team targets
About You
* Proven experience in used car sales
* Strong attention to detail, particularly with online listings and presentation
* Ability to work autonomously while still being part of a team
* High level of organisation and accountability
* Strong communication and closing skills
* Professional presentation and attitude
