As a key player in our workshop team, you won't just be servicing machines – you'll be keeping Victoria's toughest CAT equipment running at its best. From diagnosing complex electrical faults to maintaining air-conditioning systems and wiring new components, your work will help deliver reliability our customers count on.

ABOUT THE ROLE
What a typical day in the workshop will look like:
Working on new and used customers equipment
Trouble shooting and repairs of all types of Cat equipment
Guide and mentor Trade Assistants and Apprentices
Ensure accurate service reports, timely ordering of parts and standard operating procedures (SOP's) are followed
Maintaining a high level of presentation standards
Assisting Diesel Technicians with machine services and repairs
What we are looking for:
Trade Certificate in Automotive Electrical Fitting or equivalent (exposure to the mechanical trade will be an advantage)
Strong experience with Auto Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
Air Conditioning ARC accreditation
Current Australian Driver's License
Excellent safety awareness
Cat equipment experience and a solid knowledge of the Cat product (highly desirable)
