About the role
The SAP Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting SAP Payroll and HCM systems, ensuring accurate payroll processing and system configuration. You will provide SAP day-to-day payroll support; manage payroll operations; and provide BPO services, system configuration and testing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage support tickets and provide SAP payroll and HCM support to administrators, payroll staff, and users
* Process service requests, implement minor system changes, and test configuration updates
* Work with third party payroll tools, including Spinifex and TIK
* Provide operational payroll services, including payroll preparation, running, release, and EFT payments and reconciliations
* Calculate and process termination payments, EOFY reconciliations, and reporting
About you
* Hands on experience working with SAP HR/Payroll products and associated services
* Qualifications in a relevant field or substantial experience in a similar role
* Customer service focussed
* Experience with user testing and providing support
* Strong communication skills
* Negotiation and influencing skills
