What We're Looking For
* Must have an Australian recognised Electrical Fitter Mechanic qualification or Australian recognised Unrestricted Electrical licence
* Be able to work in a cool room / freezer environment
* Solid mechanical aptitude with previous maintenance experience
* Safety first attitude
* Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders
* Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, automation, or Maximo CMMS is a plus – but not essential (we'll train you)
Responsibilities
* Hands-on role involving electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
* Be able to make decisions and work independently
* Training provided with ongoing support offered
* Participate in career development and upskilling opportunities, including PLC, Siemens S7, and SCADA training
* Work at a site with a rotating 4/5 roster (4 weeks) with a mix of day and night shifts
* 2 rostered weekends per month with overtime opportunities on days off
