We are seeking a multifaceted Graphic Designer to join our team in Matthews, NC The ideal candidate will have strong experience in print, video and digital media as well as managing web development. You will also have experience in rendering. You'll be responsible for collaborating with teams across the organization to bring marketing campaigns and visual communication strategies to life
Key Responsibilities:
* Create compelling visuals for print and digital use, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, client presentations, and more.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to design assets that support campaigns and initiatives.
* Manage web development and social media presence to ensure all are aligned with the brand's visual identity, tone, and messaging.
* Prepare artwork for production, including prepress setup for print materials.
* Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining project timelines.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
* Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
* Experience with 3D Rendering including experience with V-Ray, D5 Render or equivalent programs.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with other design tools is a plus.
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
* Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Web design and ability to build video productions are a plus.
* Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* AutoCAD experience a bonus.
* Familiarity with web design, UX/UI principles, or tools like Figma or Sketch.
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
